In a recent post, I wrote about how podcasts are a regular part of my personal and professional growth regime. These are easy to incorporate into active parts of my day. Drives and chores seem to go a little quicker with a great podcast. They also easily fit into the small windows of time while replying to emails or other tedious tasks.
In addition to podcasts, my daily reading habit has a positive impact on me. Some days it’s just a short blog such as the Daily Stoic or the Daily Dad from Ryan Holiday. Sometimes it’s books or other long-form writings. As I read certain books, I keep my journal nearby and write down things I know I’ll want to return to. Below I’m going to share some of the items that have caught my eye recently, as some might be useful to others.
